Many sign programs will automatically "squash" or fit your cut material to the specific size vinyl you are using.

I have Signmate & Signlab 4.95 and I really like Signmate better.Much easier to manipulate and I don't get into as much trouble. I also have to keep in mind that I can get a discounted version of Flexisign (middle version)for $895. I e-mailed them and never received a response. It's fairly simple, but I got a couple of fatal errors in Corel while using it. I had pretty much the same situation and feeling with Cadlink's ES Shortcut for $350. I tried Co Cut, but they didn't include a help file so I had to struggle trying it out. If there are others I sure would like to know about them. I've been trying to find something better than using CorelDRAW with Roland drivers.
